Thank you for choosing our Embroidery DTF Sticker printing service.

Since all our products are custom printed based on the design provided by the customer, we generally do not accept returns or offer refunds once the order has been processed and printed.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

• Custom printed Embroidery DTF stickers

• Orders printed according to the customer’s design file

• Products damaged due to improper application or handling

Eligible for Replacement

We only offer replacement in the following cases:

• The product received is damaged during shipping

• The wrong item was delivered

• There is a major printing defect caused by us

To request a replacement, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order with clear photos or videos of the issue.

Design Responsibility

Customers are responsible for:

• Uploading the correct design file

• Checking spelling, colors, and sizing before confirming the order

We print the design exactly as provided, so we cannot offer refunds for design errors from the customer’s side.
